When we think back on our heroes from childhood, their are some names that always rise to the top. While Data may not be the first name that comes to mind for most people, this lovable android deserves consideration. He is kind, honest, studious, strong in character, and always puts the wellbeing of his friends and crew before his own. His command of himself always demonstrates an ideal that is simultaneously inspiring and confounding. If only Data were real. :)
